John L. Lohr, Jr. is an associate attorney with the firm whose primary practice areas consist of Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy Law-Creditors’ Rights. Mr. Lohr received his Bachelors of Science from Northern Arizona University in 1995. Mr. Lohr received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 1999. While attending Creighton, Mr. Lohr served as the Assistant Editor for the Creighton Law Review from 1998-1999 and served on the Domestic Moot Court Board from 1998-1999 after successfully arguing his way to the semifinal round in the 1998 Creighton University School of Law Domestic Moot Court Competition. Mr. Lohr also served as an intern in the Spring of 1999 to the Honorable Timothy J. Mahoney in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Omaha, Nebraska.
Mr. Lohr was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1999. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Mr. Lohr is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Arizona and the Bankruptcy and Construction Law Sections of the State Bar of Arizona. In July 2006, Mr. Lohr successfully completed the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Lohr has also volunteered some of his time to the State Bar of Arizona Volunteer Lawyers Program offering litigation assistance in real estate matters pro bono.
