David Goldstein - Commerical Litigation Attorney
David B. Goldstein, an experienced litigator and transactional attorney, concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, secured transactions, antitrust, computer law, and business transactions.
Mr. Goldstein began his practice with the Phoenix firm of Brown & Bain. He then joined the Arizona Attorney General’s Antitrust Division, representing the State of Arizona in major antitrust class actions.
Mr. Goldstein is a contributing author to the State Bar’s Arizona Civil Remedies text and has written articles for several legal publications. He also has served as a director and president of the Phoenix Industrial Development Authority.
Mr. Goldstein received his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. His legal degree is from the Harvard Law School, where he was a finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition.
